Plastic Injection

Our Injection Molding workshops across locations are equipped with modern, reputable branded machines, enabling high quality plastic output. All our machines come with robotic arms, which make the process safer and more efficient. The robotic arms pick up the injected pieces and drop them onto the conveyor belt, which brings the pieces to the end of the line for workers further handling by workers.

Product Assembly

All our factories have well-established assembly lines and experienced workers for all kinds of assembly processes. Our PIE team will designs and builds automatic machines, jigs, & and fixtures to assist the production process and ensure precision and quality consistency. We also have inline QC and a strict QMS to ensure quality is maintained. We can offer 30+ production lines across our locations.

Electronic Assembly

We can design the circuit layout for our customers and produce PCBA in-house within our own SMT workshop.

Spraying & Decoration

Our Vietnam workshop is equipped with pad printing machines, spray booths, and UV print machines for different decoration needs based on customer designs. We also have a ‘Dust-Free’ spraying workshop for customers looking for premium spraying quality. We can also custom-made automatic spraying machines for special projects based on customer needs.

Die Cast Production

Our factory provides development of die-cast tooling and integrated die-cast toy production, including injection, polishing, and decoration, all under one roof.

Automation

Champion Group continues to improve and upgrade the factories’ manufacturing quality and capability through refined processes and the use of automation.

Mold Shop

Our VN factory is equipped with a workshop for mold maintenance and simple mold building.
